The B.R.E.I.A. owned warming hut on Jackson Hill, welcome skiiers with a crackling fire started early each weekend morning by staff members. From Thanksgiving until April 1, the system's huts are open to the public 24-hours a day.

One of the bombardier trail groomers, pack the approximately 40 kilometers of the cross-country ski trails in the B.R.E.I.A system. Two pairs of tracks are set by the machines which also have equipment to granulate the surface after ice buildup. Operators carry chainsaws on their rounds to clear any fallen branches from the trails.
